The International Institute on Ageing, United Nations-Malta (INIA), worked with Ain Shams University, Egypt in organising the 6th Annual International Conference on Orthogeriatric Care: A Long Journey. The conference was held between 20-21 March 2019, in Cairo, Egypt. The conference broad a large number of participants together from the interdisciplinary team. Also, the conference was addressed by a number of distinguished speakers. INIA was represented by Professor Sonia Ouali Hammami, Chairman of Tunisian Geriatric Association.
