INIA, worked with the International Expert Comittee on Active Ageing (IECAA) in jointly organaising a short programme on ‘Population Ageing & Active Ageing International & Asian Perspectives’. This programme was held in Malta between the 19-21 May 2019. During this programme site visits were organised to Roseville home for older persons and Casa Antonia nursing and residential home. A Study visit was also organised with the Department of Active Ageing and Community Care in Malta, which looked into the services offered locally, primarily that of Tele-care, Home-help and the Dementia Intervention Team.
