INIA, in collaboration with Hainan Yiling Medical Industry Development Company Ltd, China and Guangqinkangyuan (Beijing) Science and Technology Co. Ltd., organised a training programme in Gerontology and Geriatrics at the Boao Medical Tourism Zone, Qionghai City, Hainan Province, China. The programme was attended by interdisciplinary professionals working in the field of prevention and rehabilitation at Yiling Life Care Centre. Lecturers included INIA’s Director Professor Marvin Formosa, INIA’s Deputy Director Rosette Farrugia-Bonello and INIA’s expert Professor Charles Scerri. This is the second programme held with Hainan Yiling Medical Industry Development Company Ltd, China and Guangqinkangyuan (Beijing) Science and Technology Co. Ltd, the first one, on Gerontology, Healthy Ageing and Dementia held online earlier in the year.
