Restricting the current inevitable physical interaction and travels as a precaution to the Covid-19 pandemic, has meant for INIA to shift its work onto an online platform. Since mid-2020 INIA has embarked on offering on-line training and capacity building through means of Webinars. INIA's launch of such practice was it's 2020 Webinar Series ' Population Diversity: Social Justice and Equality' covering a set of 13 international experts within the field of aging. The success of this webinar series has for the time being paved the way for future training and capacity building to be conducted on such platforms.
